Grievance procedure

If something has gone wrong and normal support has not fixed it, escalate it. The Grievance Officer is the proprietor, Rajesh Kumar, reachable at grievance@airzippy.com.

AirZippy is an authorised reseller and affiliate of SkyMobi, which provisions the eSIMs we sell. Where a payment is processed by SkyMobi, we say so at checkout and it appears in their name on your statement. Neither fact moves responsibility: you bought from AirZippy, and the grievance procedure above, with Rajesh Kumar as Grievance Officer, applies to every order regardless of who provisioned the eSIM or processed the payment.

1. Write to the Grievance Officer with your order number and what happened. Use the email above rather than WhatsApp, so there is a record.
2. We acknowledge within 48 hours of receiving it, in writing, with a reference.
3. We resolve within 30 days of the acknowledgement. If it will take longer, we tell you why and when before that window runs out.
4. If it is still unresolved, and the complaint concerns your personal data, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Consumer complaints can go to the consumer forum with jurisdiction where you live.

There is no walk-in office

The address below is the registered address of the proprietorship. It is not a shop or a service counter, and there is nobody there to receive customers. Please do not travel to it — WhatsApp or email will be faster in every case, including refunds and disputes.
